Sales: Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and pre-owned sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross) as per shareholders and manufacturer requirements.
Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for increased customer interaction.
Leadership: Create a team culture where customer experience and excellence is a focus. Motivate, lead, and coach the sales team to exceed goals and targets.
Customer Care: Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care.
Pre-Owned Stock Management: Ensure best stock purchases based on accurate residual values to assist the new car department. Aged stock management.
Performance Management: Coach team where necessary by providing constructive feedback and mutual productivity plans for effective performance. Continue to drive improvement in all aspects of the sales environment.
Financial Management: Manage total financial and budgeting aspects of the department (Forecasting, OEM, Floorplan, Expenses, Stock holding).
