As part of the development of our activity South Africa, we are looking for Automotive Sales Executives - for our branch in Strand, WC

  • Reporting directly to the company's sales manager, you will join our sales team for individuals. You are at the heart of the development of this new distribution channel through the sedentary realization (telephone) of the following missions :
  • You follow up on the incoming leads assigned to you : presentation of vehicles, recommendations, reminders, follow-up of financing files;
  • You deploy a commercial speech allowing to present our vehicles effectively and in a relevant way;
  • You manage our entire commercial approach (negotiation, signature, sale of complementary products, etc.) until the order is taken;
  • You participate in the growth of a new sales channel that digitizes the distribution of used vehicles.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication;
  • Sense of organization and rigor;
  • Mastery of office tools (G Suite in particular);
  • Dynamic, proactive and curious are qualities that are recognized in you with a great open-mindedness;
  • Autonomy does not scare you;
  • Experience in the automotive industry beneficial
  • You must have a very strong customer / service orientation and excellent skills in commercial negotiation;
  • You know how to reassure your interlocutor, convince and close sales;
  • You like the challenge, to surpass yourself, and you do not visualize the objectives as a course to be reached but to be exceeded;
  • You have undeniable interpersonal skills on the phone, an appetite for the automotive sector with a start-up mindset;
  • You dream of a company that will allow you to evolve according to your results and a remuneration rewarding your performance (fixed salary + uncapped variable).
