Job Opportunity: Sales Personnel

EBK AUTO DEALERS - one of the TOP 5 "second hand" car dealerships in Johannesburg is EXPANDING and recruiting 20 talented Sales Personnel to join us on this exciting journey!

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Source a large quantity and variety of stock and advertise them at affordable prices, providing consumers EXTREME "value for money".
2. Receive leads / calls directed to the Sales Team. Your objective is to book as many appointments as possible and invite prospective clients to the dealership for viewing inspections and test drives.
3. Handle client objections such as price negotiations and warranty inquiries; training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills.
4. Complete necessary administrative tasks associated with sales, including finance applications for deals.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

1. Adequate knowledge of cars.
2. Neat, smart, clean, and presentable appearance.
3. Aged between 25 and 45 years.
4. Family-oriented.
5. Own reliable smartphone.
6. No alcohol or substance addictions.
7. Matric or higher qualification.
8. Own car / transportation.
9. Valid driver's license with experience in driving.
10. No criminal record.

Package & Remuneration

As with most sales positions, remuneration is determined by each individual's abilities, capabilities, availability, talent, skill, mindset, motivation, determination, dedication, perseverance, and experience.

The salary ranges between R5,000 and R45,000 per month, with an average of R10,000 per month within the first year of experience and an average of R20,000 per month after the second year of experience.
