Duties include:
  1. Meet Sales Targets: Maximize the sale of pre-owned vehicles in line with dealership goals.
  2. Maximize Gross Profits: Achieve optimal first and second gross profits on sales.
  3. Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and preferences, present suitable vehicle options, and guide them through the purchasing process.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure excellent customer service to encourage repeat and referral business.
  5. Lead Management: Follow up on sales leads, negotiate, and close deals.
  6. Reconditioning Support: Assist in reconditioning used vehicles for retail sale.
  7. Legal Compliance: Adhere to CPA requirements and complete necessary documentation.
Market Awareness:

Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge.

Sales Strategy:

Collaborate with the Sales Manager to implement innovative sales approaches and expand the customer base.

Customer Relationships:

Build and nurture lasting relationships by providing high-quality care.

Requirements:
