Job description

Position Summary: Implements the business plan for the assigned area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals.

What you'll do
  1. Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting, then determine corrective actions or make recommendations to resolve issues.
  2. Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
  3. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained and compliant with policies, standards, and procedures, and by monitoring adherence.
  4. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and supporting training and development.
  5. Oversee the maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software, ensuring repairs, inventory tracking, and ordering as needed.
  6. Support system troubleshooting and development by working with the Information Systems Division and vendors.
  7. Apply expertise to develop and improve action plans, providing guidance and building commitment among teams.
  8. Build relationships with stakeholders, identify business needs, and support the implementation of solutions.
  9. Model compliance with company policies, support company values, and foster a culture of ethics and integrity.
  10. Respect individuals by building high-performing, inclusive teams, creating a workplace of belonging, and supporting associates' growth.
  11. Act with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics, transparency, and accountability.
