A leading lead generation company is seeking a Head of Sales to lead their US sales team. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience managing a team, a strong ability to coach and drive performance, and a focus on quality leads. This role offers a base salary of $2500 - $3500/month, uncapped commissions, and performance-based bonuses in a collaborative, fast-growing environment.

As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead our US sales team—managing and motivating a remote team of 10–15 sales reps. This is a key leadership role with real impact as we enter our next phase of growth.
