We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, and professional Medical Scheduling Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote role involves handling appointment scheduling for new and existing patients, managing calendar updates, and ensuring all patient communications are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments via phone, email, and patient portal

• Answer patient inquiries regarding appointment availability and services offered

• Update and maintain accurate patient records in the scheduling system

• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize appointment flow

• Provide a warm, courteous, and professional interaction with all patients

• Use electronic medical record (EMR) systems and scheduling tools efficiently

• Follow up on missed or cancelled appointments to ensure continuity of care

Requirements:
