Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in logistics and distribution management.
• Proven track record in optimizing distribution networks and managing transportation and warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, order fulfillment, and supply chain best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the regional distribution network, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the distribution network for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and speed.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of logistics and warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Monitor KPIs related to distribution efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and operations teams to align distribution activities with business needs.
