Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilitating training and capacity building programs, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and participatory facilitation methods.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess needs and tailor training content accordingly.
• Familiarity with the Upington community.

Responsibilities

• Assess the capacity building needs of community organizations and individuals.
