Job summary

Un leader financier africain recherche un professionnel pour gérer les demandes des clients dans les secteurs bancaire personnel, prestige et privé. Le candidat idéal devra posséder 3-4 ans d'expérience en vente et service, avec une formation de niveau NQF 5. Ce rôle exige une bonne compréhension de l'environnement bancaire et un engagement à livrer un service à première vue, agrémenté de compétences en développement et stratégie.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 ans d'expérience en vente et service à la clientèle.
  • Expérience dans un environnement de banque ou de centre d'appels.
  • Compréhension solide des processus bancaires.

Responsibilities

  • Prendre en charge la demande des clients en matière de produits bancaires.

Job Description

To take demand from Personal, Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters ranging from product questions to client account activities (e.g., opening of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information, etc.), whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience, product and legislative (e.g., FAIS) requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

  • NQF Level 5 (FAIS aligned)

Experience Required

  • Client Coverage
  • Personal and Private Banking
  • 3-4 years sales and service experience. If no FAIS experience, would then need to operate under supervision
  • Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products
