A leading banking institution in Johannesburg is seeking a dedicated professional to manage client inquiries and account activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in personal and private banking with 3-4 years of experience, alongside relevant FAIS qualifications. A focus on customer service and understanding of banking processes is essential. This is a full-time role with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
To take demand from Personal Prestige and Private Banking clients for banking matters ranging from product questions to client account activities (e.g. opening of relevant accounts, statements, debit order information, etc.), whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers in line with client experience, product and legislative (e.g. FAIS) requirements.
Type of Qualification: Secondary / High school / A levels / Matric
Field of Study: NQF Level 5 or above
Licenses & Certifications: FAIS Representative

Relevant FAIS qualification and experience. If no FAIS experience would then need to operate under supervision. Experience in branch banking or contact centre environment with good understanding of bank processes, policies and products.
