• Customer Service experience is a MUST
• Cash Handling experience is a MUST

Role Overview:

The Universal Banker is a combination of being a Teller, Personal Banker, and performing Customer Service. Our Universal Bankers play a crucial role in providing retail banking products and services to customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform full service banking with a primary focus on service and sales to new and existing customers within the branch.
2. Perform teller duties including cash transactions, open or update accounts, and provide information on other products and services.
3. Focus on fulfilling customer needs to maximize the customer experience both on the phone and during branch visits.
4. Meet/exceed sales and referral goals and individual and branch targets.
5. Provide information to customers regarding promotions, contests, and new account options.

Education / Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
