Job summary

FNB in Soweto is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver compliant sales and service solutions to walk-in and existing customers in a high-volume branch environment.

You will educate customers on the right banking platforms, migrate them to digital channels and self-service tools, and fulfill transactions while keeping accurate records in line with FAIS, FICA, and TCF guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing environments or service delivery within financial services.
