Job summary

FNB in Katlehong is seeking a Universal Advisor to deliver exceptional banking service in a busy branch, while proactively identifying customer needs and offering suitable financial solutions. You will promote digital channels, guide customers to e-Channels and self-service options, and ensure all activity complies with FAIS, FICA, and TCF.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of customer-facing experience, Grade 12 (NQF4) or higher, and a strong ethical mindset with sales aptitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in customer-facing environments.
• Understanding of FAIS, FICA, and TCF regulatory requirements.
• Able to meet sales, service and customer experience targets.
