Job description

Unit Trust Administrator required in Constantia, Cape Town.

Unit Trust Administrator, preferably with a business related qualification and minimum 3 years’ Collective Investment Scheme experience, required to provide support to the Asset Management Department. Interact with clients to handle complaints, process and authorise client transactions and provide product information and excellent service to clients.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Business related degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years financial services industry required – specific to Unit Trusts
  • Collective Investment Scheme experience required
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Valid licence and own transport essential
  • Must be willing to work outside of business hours and weekends when required

Responsibilities:

  • Capturing/approving instruction into internal system
  • Ensure all FICA requirements are met and complied with
  • Accurate processing of client and transaction data
  • Manage professional client relationships via telecommunication
  • Queries
  • Maintain internal relationships with all departments and stakeholders
  • Provide quality feedback to all stakeholders
  • Process daily client transactions
  • Examen captured instruction for accuracy
  • Maintain records for all transactions
  • General reporting
  • Upload files and release payments
