Key Performance Areas (KPA)
  1. Ensure all patient administration is completed effectively, adhering to deadlines and policies.
  2. Follow all financial policies and procedures daily, including confirmations, billing, private patients, stock, and waste management.
  3. Adhere to HR and payroll processes daily.
  4. Complete all unit administration tasks in accordance with company policies and deadlines.
  5. Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders and interdepartmental staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  6. Train and educate staff about administrative functions, keeping knowledge updated.
  7. Demonstrate the company's values and caring attitude as per the NRC Way.
