Job summary

Une clinique reconnue recherche un candidat pour un poste permanent au sein de l'unité de soins infirmiers, responsables des tâches administratives et de gestion des patients. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un diplôme de Grade 12 et des compétences en administration, ainsi qu'une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques. Ce rôle permet de contribuer à la gestion efficace de l'unité tout en favorisant un environnement de soins de qualité.

Qualifications

  • Compétences informatiques requises, notamment Microsoft Office.
  • Formation en administration/accueil souhaitée.

Responsibilities

  • Effectuer des tâches administratives et de gestion des patients.
  • Contrôler les stocks pharmaceutiques et fournir un service de réception.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To deliver optimal support towards processes and procedures in the nursing unit

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Perform administrative duties

Assist with patient administration related functions

Control pharmaceutical stock

Deliver a reception service

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12 (with computer literacy subjects or an additional computer literacy certificate)

DESIRED EDUCATION: Reception / Secretarial /Personal Assistant / Administration training

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Administrative experience in a healthcare setting
