Job summary

Barloworld Equipment is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance activities for the underground mining fleet, driving availability targets and safe, cost-effective operation.

You will manage planning, scheduling, and execution to meet weekly production needs, develop a high-performing team of artisans and planners, and ensure MHSA compliance, warranty administration, and OEM warranty processes.

Qualifications

• Maintenance leadership for underground fleet to meet availability targets.
• Experience in contract maintenance and CAT underground equipment.
• Knowledge of MHSA, safety standards, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling and execution to meet production needs.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team of artisans, planners and supervisors.
• Ensure warranty and OEM warranty processes are effectively administered.
• Maintain compliance with MHSA and site safety standards.
