You will lead a team of artisans, planners and supervisors, manage warranty and life-cycle processes, align with MHSA requirements, and collaborate with mine management to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and reliability focused leadership required.
• Experience with underground mining fleets.
• Experience in contract maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of MHSA requirements.
• Strong budgeting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all maintenance activities for the underground mining fleet to achieve equipment availability targets.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation through planned maintenance and condition monitoring.
• Maintain MHSA compliance and site safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
• Manage planning, scheduling, and execution to meet production requirements.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team of artisans, planners, supervisors, and condition monitor.
• Oversee warranty, component life cycle and rebuild management processes.
• Manage relationships with customer and mine management to achieve objectives.
• Oversee risk management of safety, health, environment, and quality.
