Qualifications

• 5+ years in Residential Property / Conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of England & Wales jurisdiction.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the SA paralegal team on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Provide leadership, coaching and ongoing support to team members.
• Monitor performance, workloads and service levels.
• Liaise with UK and SA colleagues to ensure alignment and client service.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
