The GOTO Group is seeking a Conveyancing Progressor to join our Cape Town team. This fast-paced role is focused on managing UK property transactions, acting as a key contact between solicitors, mortgage brokers, and clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, working fully onsite in Foreshore, Cape Town. A starting salary from R15,000 with performance bonuses is offered.

What you’ll be doing...

• Managing the progress of UK property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Acting as the key point of contact between solicitors, mortgage brokers, estate agents and clients
• Chasing updates, identifying delays and keeping momentum across multiple cases
• Keeping clients informed and managing expectations throughout the process
• Updating internal systems and CRM records accurately
• Working closely with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery
• Spotting issues early and proactively helping resolve them before they become bigger problems
• Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the customer journey
