Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to join our product team. The ideal candidate will craft intuitive, visually stunning digital experiences that delight users while driving business goals. You'll own the end-to-end design process - from research and wireframing to prototyping and final implementation - ensuring our products deliver exceptional user experiences across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

User-Centered Design :

Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing)

Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

Implement responsive design principles across web and mobile

Maintain and evolve our design system and component library

Visual Design :

Design pixel-perfect interfaces with strong visual hierarchy

Create icons, illustrations, and micro-interactions

Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints

Collaborate with developers for accurate design implementation

Produce design specifications and assets for development teams

Analyze user behavior through analytics and heatmaps

Conduct competitive analysis and industry benchmarking

Present design concepts to stakeholders with data-driven rationale

Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results

Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 compliance)
