We are especially interested in projects where you designed mobile interfaces and can demonstrate your thinking behind the user experience. Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio and hands-on experience in mobile interface design. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our digital platforms—especially via mobile. Please note: This is a strictly office-based role. Remote or hybrid work is not available. You will be required to work from our office daily. We are specifically looking for someone who has strong experience in mobile UI / UX design and who understands how to design for smaller screens first before adapting to larger devices. This 'mobile-first' approach is critical to how our customers interact with us while travelling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile platforms, with a mobile-first mindset.
2. Translate business and user requirements into intuitive wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
3. Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and product managers.
4. Continuously refine and improve user journeys through usability testing and feedback.
5. Develop and maintain style guides, design systems, and UI components.
6. Ensure brand consistency and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.
7. Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing mobile interface work.
2. Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles.
3. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. Familiarity with responsive design and modern UX best practices.
5. Ability to understand and apply business logic in design.
6. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
7. Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS is an advantage.
