Indsafri in Johannesburg is seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience to support customer experience and digital transformation initiatives across an International Payments portfolio within the banking sector.

The ideal candidate will combine hands-on UX/UI design with customer journey mapping, service design, digital content development and stakeholder engagement, delivering developer-ready design specs and user guides for cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years’ UX/UI design experience.
• Proven end-to-end design of digital products and customer experiences.
• Strong portfolio with wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Experience with customer journey mapping, service design and usability testing.
• Banking/fintech experience advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Develop current-state and future-state customer journey maps.
• Identify customer pain points and recommend improvements to the experience.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
• Conduct usability testing and optimise digital experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Business Analysis, Technology, Compliance, Operations and Marketing teams.
• Produce developer-ready design specifications and support implementation.
• Create customer and internal guides, onboarding materials and support documentation.
• Develop and optimise customer-facing web content, information architecture and page layouts.
• Support digital banking initiatives across international payments, beneficiary management, connected banking and foreign exchange services.

• Conduct usability testing and optimise digital experiences.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ relevant UX/UI design experience.
• Proven experience designing digital products and customer experiences end to end.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interface design.
• Experience in customer journey mapping, service design and usability testing.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar UX/UI design tools.
• Experience creating digital content, information architecture and user guides.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience producing developer-ready design specifications and supporting implementation.
• Banking, financial services, payments or fintech experience will be advantageous.
