They are looking for a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, elegant, and user-centric digital experiences. This is a cross-functional role that spans product design, branding, and marketing, offering the opportunity to influence both how their platform works and how it feels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role in a digital or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, with examples of UI/UX work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices.
  • Experience conducting or collaborating on user research and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or frontend collaboration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for consistency and polish.

Responsibilities


Product & Interface Design

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to define and implement innovative design solutions for new features and existing products.
  • Execute all stages of visual design, from concept sketches to final handoff to engineering.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas clearly.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into impactful design decisions.
  • Regularly test and iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability metrics, and team input.

Design Systems & Standards

  • Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and asset libraries to ensure visual consistency across platforms.
  • Establish and promote design guidelines, standards, and best practices across teams.
  • Help evolve and maintain a cohesive brand identity, ensuring all design work aligns with our brand guidelines.

Marketing & Cross-Functional Support

  • Work with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for campaigns, landing pages, social media, and performance ads.

  • Ensure all internal and external-facing design materials reflect a unified visual voice.
