Your Role :

As a UI / UX Designer, you will be at the heart of creating user-centric designs for web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to bring innovative, user-friendly interfaces to life.

1. Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
2. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
3. Conduct user research & usability testing to refine and improve designs.
4. Collaborate with Business Analysts & Developers to ensure seamless implementation.
5. Apply A/B testing and data-driven decisions to optimize the user experience.
6. Ensure designs align with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
7. Stay ahead of UI / UX trends, tools, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For :

1. Proven experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
2. Expertise in Figma (or other design tools).
3. Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
4. Strong knowledge of A/B testing & data-driven design.
5. Experience with UX research methodologies (user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
6. Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
7. Industry experience in Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services is a plus.
