Job description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer & Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This hybrid role requires a professional who can design engaging web and mobile interfaces while also creating compelling social media and print materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. UI / UX Design
    • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites and mobile applications.
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
    • Maintain consistency in typography, colour schemes, and visual elements across all platforms.
    • Conduct user research and apply feedback to enhance user experiences.
  2. Marketing & Content Design
    • Design social media graphics, email templates, and marketing assets for digital campaigns.
    • Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
    • Ensure all marketing materials align with the company's branding guidelines.
    • Create engaging visual content for product launches, promotions, and events.
  3. Social Media & Advertising (Preferred Skills)
    • Assist in developing content strategies for social media platforms.
    • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram (if applicable).
    • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of experience in UI / UX design and digital marketing.
  2. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.
  3. Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, and brand identity.
  4. Knowledge of social media marketing trends and content creation.
  5. Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance tracking tools (preferred).
  6. Basic understanding of HTML & CSS (a plus).
  7. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
