Job Description:

Our client based in Sandton is seeking Tsonga Speaking Customer Service Advisor.

The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs, delivering first-class customer service to increase the profitability of the business while remaining committed to treating customers fairly. The role involves speaking directly with clients via an inbound line and providing responses to general contract and transactional inquiries.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 12 months unbroken inbound call centre experience
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial, or administration industry and knowledge of relevant legislative environment is highly desirable (advantageous)
Requirements:
  • Passed Grade 12
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite applications
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Available immediately
  • Fixed Term Contract
  • Own transport (Advantage)
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Answer calls and respond to customer requests
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the in-house operating system
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Assist irate members and escalate when required to senior agents/team leader
  • Maintain own productivity levels and meet quality standards
  • Perform daily administrative functions and accurately capture required information into various CRM systems
  • Adhere to and support company policies and practices
  • Review and action cases promptly
  • Monitor Average Handling Time in line with standards
  • Follow work schedule / occupancy and monitor workflow
  • Ensure adherence to SLA and complete cases within agreed SLA times
  • Maintain customer quality according to set standards and business processes
  • Ensure full compliance with business processes, legislation, and standard operating procedures
  • Communicate effectively at all levels within the organization (verbal and written)
  • Be solution-driven and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and accuracy skills
  • Work independently as a self-starter, motivated and taking initiative
  • Operate confidently in a dynamic environment
  • Show flexibility and agility, adapting to different situations
  • Operate effectively within a team environment
  • Prioritize workload and deliverables with good organizational skills
Salary and Working Hours:
  • Salary: R9000
  • Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00
