Responsibilities :

  • Highly experienced people manager with solid trust administration experience, must be deadline-driven and perform well under pressure.
  • Deep understanding of investments, tax, Trust law, and the ability to read and analyze financial statements.
  • Ability to network and build relationships at all levels.
  • Performance manage and lead a team of high performers.
  • Acquire Trust business, both internal and external to the FirstRand Group, to increase the value of assets under management and the scale of the Group.
  • Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and provide proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SMEs, project managers, and senior staff members.
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Finance / law degree, CFP preferable.
  • 5-7 years+ management experience.
  • 5+ years Trust specialist experience.
