The role in a nutshell:

A strategic business partner and crypto subject matter expert within the treasury team, focusing on treasury elements in product design. This role requires a strong finance background, crypto treasury experience, and back-office knowledge to align financial requirements with tech, accelerate product delivery, and ensure robust financial risk management in product design.

Your mission will be:

1. Act as a strategic business partner to our product and engineering teams, contributing to product strategy and development with a focus on treasury operational setup and efficient fund flows.
2. Communicate complex treasury concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and alignment.
3. Provide expert input on risk identification and integrating risk processes into new product launches and updates to safeguard assets and ensure compliance.
4. Support and drive key initiatives related to crypto treasury functions and fund flow inputs for success.
5. Collaborate with finance, legal, product, and engineering teams, building strong relationships and effective communication.
6. Contribute to developing automated solutions that improve treasury efficiency, financial controls, and system integration.
7. Assist in developing and refining treasury policies and procedures aligned with product and regulatory changes.
8. Conduct financial modeling to assess treasury implications of new features and business models, providing data-driven recommendations.
9. Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and regulations affecting crypto and treasury, advising on impacts and opportunities.
10. Identify and resolve treasury-related issues during product development and deployment to minimize disruptions.

A little about you:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related; advanced degree preferred.
2. 5-7 years of corporate treasury experience, including crypto or wallet operations at a crypto or fintech company.
3. Self-starter, team player, detail-oriented, proactive, with strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects.
4. Analytical and forward-thinking problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for clear communication with stakeholders.
6. Entrepreneurial spirit, responsibility, and high integrity to drive change.
