Job summary

Aspen Pharma Group is seeking a Treasury support professional to provide first-line functional and business-process assistance across front-office and back-office activities. The role focuses on resolving process, data and system queries, guiding users, and coordinating issues with Finance, Digital Technology and external providers.

Candidates should have strong Treasury and SAP Finance knowledge, with the ability to diagnose issues and communicate with technical specialists, though not required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business or Information Systems.
• A treasury, accounting or service-management certification is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of treasury or finance processes and controls.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Treasury users, logging, assessing and resolving incidents within SLA.
• Reproduce errors, validate transactions and provide user guidance with clear diagnosis.
• Coordinate with Finance, Digital Technology and external providers to resolve complex issues.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting/Business/Information Systems
