Job summary

Network Finance seeks a senior Treasury and Financial Risk Manager to lead treasury and risk projects across clients. You will design governance frameworks, advise on liquidity, ALM, FTP, and hedging strategies, and drive system implementations.

With 5+ years in Treasury/Financial Risk roles and qualifications like CA(SA)/CFA/FRM, you will manage stakeholders, support business development, and mentor junior staff within a consulting-led practice.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience in Treasury, Financial Risk Management, Banking, Consulting, Advisory or Financial Services environments.
Strong exposure to Treasury Risk, Liquidity Risk, Market Risk, ALM, Funding or Balance Sheet Management.
Experience managing projects and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of Treasury and Financial Risk Management projects across multiple clients.
Design and review treasury governance frameworks, policies, and risk management processes.
Advise on liquidity risk, funding risk, ALM, FTP, and hedging strategies.
Gather and document business requirements while managing stakeholder expectations and regulatory considerations.
Support treasury system implementations, enhancements, and post-implementation reviews.
Drive business development initiatives through proposal preparation, thought leadership, and client engagement.
Coach and develop junior team members while contributing to the growth of the practice.
