Job summary

Evoke is seeking a Treasury Analyst to manage cash across bank accounts, coordinating payment requests from various locations. The role supports strategic financial decision-making and risk management, with a focus on process improvement and reporting.

You will work with the Treasury Operations Manager to optimise costs, maintain daily/weekly tasks, and liaise with banks and insurers to ensure accurate payments and documented processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience handling UK and EU treasury transactions
• Graduate in business/treasury or banking related field preferred
• CPA qualification is an advantage
• Preparation of treasury and management information reports
• Deep understanding of bank statements and accounting treatments
• Project management experience in consolidation and system/process migration/improvements
• Knowledge of any accounting/treasury software is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Treasury Operations Manager to improve Treasury services
• Manage and optimise operating costs of Treasury, ensure value-for-money and cost-effective risk reduction
• Administer and monitor the Group Treasury mailbox, ensure queries meet SLAs
• Liaise with banks regarding returned funds/payments
• Receive, check and log third-party trade confirmations
• Maintain and update the daily checklist and oversee weekly/periodic tasks
• Support the weekly Treasury Operations dashboard and payments log for reporting
• Coordinate support/evidence from insurers and organize site assessments and insurance settlements
• Document and regularly update all processes and procedures
