Each year thousands of guests from the US, Canada, UK, and Australia travel with us to over 50 destinations around the world, either as private tours or onboard luxury cruises.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Executive to join our dynamic team in the luxury tailormade travel industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our product portfolio is competitive, accurate, and consistently exceeds client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for curating unforgettable travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to new product requests from the sales team, ensuring all product values and vetting procedures are met.
• Write product text for documentation and marketing purposes, aligned with company style guidelines.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers to obtain up-to-date rates and load them accurately into the system.
• Ensure product descriptions are accurate across all systems and update text promptly when changes occur.
• Review all product text for style guide adherence and ensure client expectations are accurately set.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to share updates and identify opportunities to enhance our product offering.
• Conduct in-depth research on new destinations, unique experiences, restaurants, and value-added options in-country.
• Update website itineraries and cost sheets as required.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Collate and review post-fam trip feedback, implementing necessary product updates.
• Create engaging and informative training resources for internal use.
• Format and prepare images for use across platforms.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous Product Executive experience within the luxury tailormade travel industry.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of market trends.
• High energy and drive to build upon existing products and continuously seek improvements.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet both short and long deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills.
