Job Title: Travel Concierge

Primary Responsibilities

• Quoting, managing, and making tour operating bookings including flights, transfers, restaurant reservations, and accommodation bookings.
• Assist clients and agents in identifying the ideal travel itinerary based on their plans and requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and agents regularly.
• Provide clients with all relevant and essential travel information.
• Sell appropriate tour packages to suitable clients.
• Negotiate customizations or modifications as requested, accommodating client needs.
• Follow up on quotations regularly to ensure maximum revenue.
• Create and manage all travel logistics and files, including financial aspects.

• High level of computer literacy.

• Exceptional telephone etiquette and manners.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant jobs.
