Travel and Administrative Officer - South Africa

Are you an experienced professional in office administration, travel management, and human resource support?

We are hiring an Administrative and Travel Manager to oversee critical administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations across South Africa.

This role requires a highly organized individual with strong coordination skills to support travel logistics, office management, legal processes, and executive assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Travel Management and Immigration Services
    • Handle all travel arrangements, including ticket issuance, accommodation bookings, and PCR testing.
    • Manage visa applications for single and multiple entry visas for staff members.
    • Plan and allocate travel allowances for meals and travel expenses.
    • Act as the primary liaison for staff during their travels, addressing any issues, including health concerns.
    • Facilitate the application and renewal of work permits and immigration services.
    • Assist with passport renewals, alien cards, and related documentation.
  2. Office Management
    • Procure laptops and maintain a database of serial numbers.
    • Oversee procurement of office consumables, including catering, stationery, and cleaning services.
    • Manage office maintenance, repairs, and building-related tasks.
    • Handle incoming calls, guest reception, and liaise with building management.
    • Organize board meetings, staff events, and off-site meetings.
    • Maintain petty cash reports and manage office-related finances.
  3. Human Resource Management
    • Track and generate leave reports for employees.
    • Issue employee IDs, medical cards, and business cards for new hires.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office administration, travel management, and HR support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant administrative software.
