As the English Concierge Specialist for our tour operator business, you will be at the forefront of shaping our travel offerings through serving as the primary point of contact for consultants. Your ability to assist guests with making reservations, arranging transportation and addressing other types of special requests will directly impact our competitiveness, profitability, and the overall quality of the travel experiences we provide.

What You\'ll Do
  • Support Sales Consultants by handling administrative duties and warming up new client inquiries to ensure they are ready to be passed on to a Senior Consultant.
  • Manage post-confirmation booking tasks, working with external suppliers to finalize all reservation details, including hotels, lodges, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with the Concierge Manager to proactively resolve any client travel issues, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.
  • Coordinate with the rates team to resolve rate-related tasks and log all required tickets, ensuring accurate information is available to consultants.
  • Maintain and update the Concierge dashboard and provide timely reports to the Concierge Manager.
What We\'re Looking For
  • A National Senior Certificate / Matric.
  • 2 years of experience in a Concierge or Sales Administrative Assistant role in a Tour Operator Environment.
  • Based in Cape Town.
  • Willingness and drive to learn.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
