Placements24 is seeking a proficient Transport Engineer to drive urban planning and infrastructure projects from their Paarl, Western Cape office. You will lead traffic studies, design road networks, and develop transportation models to support sustainable mobility and community growth.

Requirements include a Civil Engineering or Transport Planning degree and 3–5 years of experience, with proficiency in Vissim/TransCAD and CAD.

• 3-5 years of experience in transportation engineering and traffic analysis.
• Proficiency in traffic modeling software (Vissim, TransCAD) and CAD.
• Knowledge of South African road design standards and traffic regulations.
