This crucial role involves overseeing a dedicated fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely and safe transportation of agricultural goods from farms to markets and processing facilities. You will be responsible for managing drivers, optimizing routes, maintaining vehicle integrity, and ensuring compliance with all agricultural and transport regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor to contribute to the vital agricultural supply chain in the Cape Winelands, ensuring the seamless flow of essential products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the transport fleet, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of agricultural products.
• Plan and optimize transport routes for maximum efficiency, considering seasonal demands and road conditions.
• Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained, roadworthy, and compliant with safety and agricultural transport regulations.
