Placements24 seeks a Transport Supervisor to oversee the efficient movement of agricultural goods around Paarl. You will manage a dedicated fleet, supervise drivers, plan routes, and ensure compliance with safety and agricultural transport regulations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with farm managers and processing plant personnel, maintaining vehicle integrity, and optimizing schedules to meet seasonal demands. A Code 10+ license is preferred, with competitive pay and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Transport Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong fleet management, route planning and vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with Paarl region and agricultural operations.
• Valid driver's license (Code 10+ preferred).
