The Transport Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of employee transportation services. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day coordination, monitor adherence to schedules, support Transport Administrators, and assist with issue resolution. This role acts as the operational bridge between planning and execution, ensuring quality service delivery and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support Transport Administrators in executing daily transport schedules.
- Validate and review route plans and vehicle assignments for efficiency and timeliness.
- Ensure that employee communications (route updates and delays) are timely and accurate.
- Monitor live transport operations and escalate critical issues to the Transport Coordinator.
- Track and verify completion of daily tasks by Transport Administrators.
- Coordinate with transport providers to confirm service delivery and resolve minor performance concerns.
- Maintain detailed transport logs, incident reports, and operational records.
- Prepare preliminary weekly reports on transport performance for review by the Transport Coordinator.
- Assist in training and onboarding new Transport Administrators.
- Identify recurring transport issues and suggest actionable solutions to the Administrators/Coordinator.
- Serve as backup support in the absence of the Transport Coordinator.

Requirements
- Experience in transport coordination or supervision, preferably in employee transport or logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to oversee and guide a small team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and transport tracking tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to operational changes.
- Familiarity with transport route optimization and compliance standards.
