Are you an organized and strategic thinker with a passion for logistics and transport management?

We are looking for a Planning & Admin Lead to play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transport operations, optimizing capacity, and driving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Planning & Capacity Management: Proactively source and forecast truck capacity across operational corridors to meet demand. Build and maintain strong relationships with transporters to ensure reliable service, even during peak periods. Optimize truck loading to maximize efficiency and reduce cost per ton. Monitor and enhance transporter performance, negotiating favorable terms for improved reliability. Oversee transporter onboarding, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Manage and track Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation, ensuring timely submission to facilitate payments. Maintain accurate operational records and generate reports on efficiency, capacity utilization, and performance. Contribute to departmental strategy, driving operational growth and efficiency. Identify process improvements and implement best practices in logistics and transport planning. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline workflows and enhance communication.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or logistics, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and administrative skills are essential. Proficiency in logistics software and reporting tools is required.

Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:20 PM, and alternate Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
