Minimum Requirements:

• Degree (NQF Level 7)
• Up to 8 years of experience in a similar environment with at least 5 years operational leadership or specialist experience.
• Proficient business communication knowledge and / or skill.
• Proficient legislation and regulations knowledge and / or skill.
• Proficient labour relations procedures knowledge and / or skill.
• Seasoned transport operations management knowledge and / or skill.
