Purpose of the Job: To support and ensure that all drivers are properly trained, follow road regulations, and adhere to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with tracking all company vehicles at all times.
• Direct drivers daily to the correct client premises for deliveries.
• Provide maps with directions to drivers when they report to the office.
• Ensure all vehicles and equipment are serviced within the scheduled intervals.
• Maintain high service levels with staff under your supervision.
• Maximize vehicle utilization, plan loads, routes, and manage fuel efficiently.

Qualifications: Grade 12

Experience: 3-4 years in logistics or transportation, with skills in route planning and managing collections and deliveries.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Office.
