This includes monitoring Access Nodes, identifying and resolving faults, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely resolution of network incidents in line with SLAs.Qualifications & Experience : Education : B-Tech Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or related IT qualificationExperience : 3–5 years in telecoms industry, focusing on Transmission Assurance and SystemsMinimum 5 years troubleshooting large-scale IP / MPLS networksStrong exposure to Transmission Maintenance environmentsCertifications : Mandatory : CCNA Routing & SwitchingPreferred : CCNPFamiliarity with Symmetric and Nokia transmission systemsKey Responsibilities : Monitor the transmission network 24 / 7 / in a NOC environmentTroubleshoot and resolve P1–P4 level failures, including escalations with vendors and internal teamsCoordinate fault resolution and updates with Field Force Outsourcing for Edge and Access infrastructureEnsure adherence to SLA timelines for all network fault resolutionsAnalyze OSS reports to identify and proactively resolve network issuesLiaise with fiber providers and vendors to drive fault resolutionPerform scheduled preventive maintenance for proactive service assuranceTechnical & Soft Skills : In-depth knowledge ofDWDM networks and Optical Fiber technologiesUnderstanding of synchronization protocols in telecom transmissionStrong grasp of routing and transport protocols : BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLSAdvanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skillsExcellent communication skills for status reporting and escalationsAnalytical and solution-oriented mindsetStrong teamwork and leadership capabilitiesResilience in high-pressure, operational environmentsWhy Apply?Join a dynamic team focused on high-availability global enterprise infrastructure.
