TransPerfect is seeking a Translation Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate the completion of language projects from initiation to delivery. The role requires handling multiple projects, adhering to client instructions, and maintaining strong relationships with translators and proofreaders globally.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Bachelor’s degree, excellent English communication, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team while

• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract translators and proofreaders globally.
• Negotiate with vendors.
• Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure translations meet instructions and are linguistically accurate.
• Communicate issues/caveats or additional information as needed.
• Distribute information to sales staff as soon as it becomes available.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
