Minimum Requirements:
- At least three (3) years of experience in Transformation (including verification) and Employment Equity;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Knowledge of Personnel Administration (advantageous);
- Strong understanding of the B-BBEE Act, Amended Codes of Good Practice, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act, and verification procedures;
- Understanding of B-BBEE, EE, and SETA legislation and processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transformation: Consolidate B-BBEE scorecard data, ensure timely and accurate data compilation, develop audit reports, assist in verification coordination, and monitor transformation projects.
- Skills Development: Maintain skills development data, validate information, and support interims and pre-verification sampling.
- Enterprise and Supplier Development: Collect data, maintain beneficiary records, and ensure targets are met.
- Employment Equity Secretary: Coordinate meetings, assist with Department of Labour audits, compile EE reports, analyze data, and ensure compliance across operations.
- Service Delivery: Strive to improve service quality, reduce turnaround times, and streamline processes.
- General: Participate in projects, provide management information, analyze legislation, ensure statutory compliance, and perform ad hoc duties as required.
