Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of B-BBEE Act and Employment Equity legislation.

  • Coordinate meetings for Employment Equity audits and compile reports.
  • Collect development data and maintain beneficiary records.

Job description

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in Transformation (including verification) and Employment Equity;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
  • Knowledge of Personnel Administration (advantageous);
  • Strong understanding of the B-BBEE Act, Amended Codes of Good Practice, Skills Development Act, Employment Equity Act, and verification procedures;
  • Understanding of B-BBEE, EE, and SETA legislation and processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Transformation: Consolidate B-BBEE scorecard data, ensure timely and accurate data compilation, develop audit reports, assist in verification coordination, and monitor transformation projects.
  2. Skills Development: Maintain skills development data, validate information, and support interims and pre-verification sampling.
  3. Enterprise and Supplier Development: Collect data, maintain beneficiary records, and ensure targets are met.
  4. Employment Equity Secretary: Coordinate meetings, assist with Department of Labour audits, compile EE reports, analyze data, and ensure compliance across operations.
  5. Service Delivery: Strive to improve service quality, reduce turnaround times, and streamline processes.
  6. General: Participate in projects, provide management information, analyze legislation, ensure statutory compliance, and perform ad hoc duties as required.
