Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the transaction lifecycle and mitigate operational risks.
• Ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uphold data integrity and streamline processes.
• Coordinate ad hoc projects as required.
• Understand legal agreements to prepare amortisation schedules and book deals.
• Calculate payment amounts and prepare client notifications for approval.
• Fulfill legal requirements before drawdowns.
• Perform ongoing deal management tasks per legal agreements.
• Settle instruments on appropriate systems.
• Reconcile reports within SLA timeframes.
• Respond to internal and external queries.
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports.
• Review transaction data for discrepancies and verify integrity.
• Ensure accurate booking of transactions, minimizing errors.
• Identify irregularities and escalate issues promptly.
• Attend DCFs, review legal agreements, and ensure operational readiness.
• Reconcile records across systems for consistency.
• Communicate data quality insights to stakeholders.
• Develop metrics for data quality and monitor improvements.
• Implement process enhancements for operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience in deal and transaction management, specifically within Real Estate Investment Banking.
• Experience with transaction management software and tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in Corporate and Investment Banking.
