A leading financial services provider in Johannesburg is seeking a Training Team Leader to oversee training and coaching across business functions. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma, along with 2 to 3 years of experience in the financial services industry. This role requires effective communication and people management skills, as well as compliance knowledge to support team effectiveness.

This is a junior management level position that provides broad support regarding training/coaching and quality related functions, processes and administration.
