MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To facilitate and coordinate training and development interventions aimed at targeted internal and external clients.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  1. Facilitate and coordinate training interventions for internal and external clients.
  2. Implement targeted technical training programs for internal and external clients.
  3. Coordinate procurement processes and sourcing of service providers.
  4. Monitor and evaluate district training events.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resources Development, Education, or Commerce.
  • Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Development, Education, or Commerce is an added advantage.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 4-6 years of work experience in a training environment.
  • Experience in small enterprise development is essential.
